| 2th Day: | Gangtok City Tour · Tashi View Point: It offers a sweeping view of Kanchenjunga snow peaks on a clear day. · Ganesh Tok: This is a temple of Lord Ganesha. Ganesh Tok is located height of 6,500 ft and at a hill adjacent to that of the huge TV Tower. · Hanuman Tok: It is one of Hindu temple in the upper reaches of Gangtok, the capital of the Indian state of Sikkim. · Flower Exhibition Centre: Showcases flowers from the different parts of Sikkim together under a single roof. · Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre: This is a Government training centre for handloom and handicrafts, and there is an Emporium to sell these. · Namgyal Institute of Tibetology: This is a Tibet museum in Gangtok, Sikkim, India, named after the 11th Chogyal of Sikkim, Sir Tashi Namgyal. · Do-Drul Chorten: Stupa in Gangtok. Trulshik Rinpoche, head of the Nyingma order of Tibetan Buddhism built this stupa in 1945. In this stupa is a complete set of Dorjee Phurba, Kangyur (Holy Books) and other religious objects. · Enchey Monastery: The Monastery, was established in 1909 above Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim in the Northeastern Indian state. · Banjakhri Falls: It is a recreation centre and tourist attraction near Gangtok, in the state of Sikkim, India. The park’s statuary and other displays document the Ban Jhakri or traditional shamanic healer who worships spirits living in caves around the falls. The ban means “forest”, and jhākri means “healer”. | 3th Day: | Excurtion to Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir (Permit Required) · Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.): It is a glacial lake in the East Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim, some 40 kms from the capital Gangtok. · New Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.): Indian Army has built-in honour of Capt. Harbhajan Singh. Capt Singh is remembered as the “Hero of Nathula” by soldiers of the Indian army. Note: In case of closure of route and authority not issued permit to Tsomgo Lake than we will provide alternate sightseeing. Overnight stay at Gangtok. |
| 4th Day: | Gangtok – Chardham – Pelling Distance Covered: 150 kms (approx) Journey Time: 6 hrs (approx) Enroute Sightseeing: · Samdruptse Hill: The ‘wish fulfilling hill’ is just 5 km away from Namchi, situated at an altitude of 7000 ft. This epic Hill has a giant statue of the Guru Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche); the patron saint of Sikkim · Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham): The four most revered Dhams of the Hindus have been replicated in this fantastic complex to benefit the devotees and tourists. | 5th Day: | Pelling Sightseeing Morning Sightseeing: · Sanghak Choeling Monastery: This Monastery is one of the oldest Monastery founded in the 17th Century. This Monastery has a beautiful backdrop of Great Himalaya. · Sky Walk: Situated at the height of 7200 ft above sea level a transparent skywalk. Since inception Skywalk has become a famous tourist spot of Pelling Afternoon Sightseeing: · Dentam Valley: Dentam is a scenic village commands a constant view of the Kanchenjunga. The entire area is surrounded by forest of rhododendrons. · Changey Waterfalls: Changey Waterfall is located about 10 km away from Pelling on the way to Dentam Valley. · Singshore Bridge: The Singshore suspension bridge is believed to be the highest bridge in the state and the second-highest in Asia, with a height of over 100 m. This architectural marvel, with a length of approximately 200 m, can be reached easily from Pelling, which is 25 km away. The bridge offers a spectacular view of picturesque surroundings. | 6th Day: | Pelling Sightseeing Morning Sightseeing: · Darap Village: Darap Cherry Village is one of the few unknown places of Sikkim if a visitor is looking for a taste of rural life can escape from the maddening crowds of touristic places. · Rimbi Water Falls: Rimbi waterfall is on Rimbi River on the way to Khecheopalri Lake and Yuksam, the waterfall looks spectacular which attracts many tourists. · Khecheopalri Lake: This Lake is often believed to be the sacred and wish-fulfilling Lake and is peaceful and beautiful Lake around in Sikkim. · Khangchendzongha Waterfalls: 28 kms from Pelling it is one of the active waterfalls during the rainy season. One of the few unexplored destinations of Sikkim. Afternoon Sightseeing: · Pemayangtse Monastery: It is a Buddhist monastery in Pemayangtse, near Pelling in the northeastern Indian state of Sikkim. · Rabdantse Ruins: Once Rabdentse was the second capital of the former Kingdom of Sikkim from 1670 to 1814. The invading Gurkha army destroyed the capital city, and only remaining ruins of the palace is here now. · New Halipad Ground: Sunset point. Overnight stay at Pelling. |
